Payments: Our Website currently only accepts payments by Bank Deposit or PayPal, this means that you can use your own personal PayPal account or you may choose to have your credit card charged through PayPal. More information regarding this secure form of payment can be found on the PayPal website. If you prefer to pay by Bank Deposit you will receive the necessary information needed at checkout to make your payment. Please use your Invoice Number as the Reference so we can trace your payment more quickly. Your order will not be shipped until your payment is showing as Cleared Funds in our bank account, this can sometimes take up to three working days.
Order Processing: – Ready made items can be purchase from our website. If you are after Custom or Special orders, please contact us with your requirements so we can give you the correct pricing for your order. We will respond to your email as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. Please be aware that some orders can take up to two weeks depending on the size of the order. All custom and special orders require full payment before work will commence.
Shipping:- We offer the following;

- FREE shipping on ALL orders OVER $75
We aim to process your order within three business days of receipt of your payment. Business days does not include weekends or public holidays. Your order will not be posted until your payment is showing as cleared funds in our PayPal account or bank account and this sometimes can take up to three working days.
